Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please Note: These delivery estimates do not include customs processing or clearance delays, which are beyond our control.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking has not updated after this period, please contact our support team at hello@easytechhacks.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast shipping.

For this reason, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

EasyTechHacks is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If an error was made by our team, we will gladly resend your order at no additional cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@easytechhacks.com.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered lost shipments.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you have any questions regarding potential import fees.
